After receiving five standing ovations at a sold-out, pre-Broadway opening in Baltimore, the new revival of the stage musical The Wiz will begin Broadway previews at New York’s Marquis Theatre on March 29, 2024 with an April 17 opening night. The re-imagining of a nearly 50-year old hit musical, features cast members Wayne Brady, Nichelle Lewis, and Deborah Cox, and colorful costumes by Emmy Award-winner and two-time Academy Award-nominee, Sharen Davis.
