Craig Johnson’s hilarious, new horror-comedy The Parenting will debut on MAX this Thursday. The film centers on a young couple, Rohan (Nik Dodani) and Josh (Brandon Flynn), who hope to introduce their parents (Edie Falco, Brian Cox, Lisa Kudrow, and Dean Norris) at an idyllic weekend in the country. However, their trip goes off the rails when they discover that their rental is haunted by a 400-year-old poltergeist. With the help of the eccentric rental owner Brenda (Parker Posey), they’ll have to unite as a family to dispatch the ghost. Featuring costume design from Virginia Johnson, the film promises supernatural laughs and scares.
