Star Trek: Strange New Worlds follows Captain Pike (Anson Mount) and his crew as they explore the outer bounds of space to discover new worlds. The series serves as a modern reimagining of Gene Roddenberry’s classic sci-fi world, blending genres and colorful visuals to create something wholly original. Through his imaginative designs, Jonathan Lee imbues the show with a sense of verve and wonder. The first two episodes premiere on Thursday, July 17, while the rest of the season will release weekly.
