Italian painter Amedeo Modigliani is celebrated for his incredible artwork, but few know about his chaotic personal life. From director Johnny Depp, Modi: Three Days on the Wings of Madness follows the artist over a period of 72 hours in 1916 as he flees the police, scampers through the war-torn streets of Paris, and contemplates ending his career altogether. Featuring period-perfect production design from Dave Warren, the film offers a snapshot of not only an artist in crisis, but a unique moment in art history.
