Having delighted audiences at both the Sundance Film Festival and the Toronto International Film Festival, director John Carney’s Flora and Son opens in select theaters on September 22. The film follows a single mother (Eve Hewson) who, after struggling to bridge her issues with her son (Orén Kinlan), finds that music can serve as a much-needed connector. With cinematography by John Conroy, ASC, ISC and a cast that includes Joseph Gordon Levitt and Jack Reynor, Flora and Son is a proven crowd-pleaser.
