On July 2nd, 2025, the long-awaited sequel to The Old Guard will debut on Netflix. Charlize Theron, Kiki Lane, Chiwetel Ejiofor, and Matthias Schoenaerts return for this high-octane action thriller about a group of ancient warriors who use their powers to protect humanity. Theron stars as Andy, who struggles after losing her immortality, while Uma Thurman joins the franchise as the villainous Discord, who threatens to destroy the world. Andy will have to rebuild her fractured team to take on Discord and uncover the mystery of their immortality. Barry Ackroyd, BSC also returns as cinematographer, capturing the film’s adrenaline-pumping action with grit and weight.
